Prospecting Tool - Migrate Prospects from Agency to Sub-Account

The new Prospect Migration feature allows agencies to easily move prospects created at the agency level into a linked sub-account. This enables more targeted nurturing and gives the sub-account full access to advanced prospecting tools, improving overall lead management. * * * ## What is Prospect Migration? Prospect Migration enables agencies to transfer selected prospects from the agency-level Prospecting Dashboard to a specific sub-account. This provides a more personalized and efficient way to manage leads, allowing the sub-account to engage with them using its own workflows and tools. By migrating prospects to sub-accounts, agencies can delegate follow-up tasks to individual teams or clients while retaining visibility and ownership at the agency level. Follow these steps to perform a successful migration: ### Step 1: Access the Prospecting Dashboard 1. Login to your Patient Copilot Agency Account. 2. Within the Prospecting section, click the Settings tab at the top. 2. Inside the Settings area, select the Migrate sub-tab to access the migration interface. 3. Click the Select Prospects button. 2.
